History & Current Status
1990: Although it was written in 1990, this is the current Ombudsman Procedures Manual for ombudsmen in Maryland. It cost us $53.25 and some 4 weeks of effort to get a copy. We've reproduced it here so that anyone needing it can download it free of charge. The words are identical. The formatting is close but not exact. We used a Macintosh Computer and the Pages word processing program along with an OCR program to scan and reformat it into it's current PDF format. We've kept the pagination the same in order to keep the original table of contents functional.
